Haaate this app. I'm not a genius when it comes to technology, but I've never struggled so much with using an app. It's completely counterintuitive and looks like it's still just in testing. And actually holding video meetings on the app itself is terrible, but activity is so limited on the computer version that you have to use both, often at the same time, if you want to talk to your provider. It's enough to make me consider changing doctors.
My app has been down for over two months. Both my doctor and I have tried EVERYTHING that WE possibly can to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. We have also sent in SEVERAL messages but have failed to receive ANY RESPONSE. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!!!
I like this app as a means for communicating with providers and patients, however, I've been disappointed that the use of attachments isn't allowed for patients to send to provider . . . only from provider to patient. Will need to use alternate app for fully featured functionality. It does come up that I need to share data and or results, but no way with the 2021 version of Hale. One other shortfall: Unable to copy/paste my notes from a previous date, so I'll have them full my records.
I love it
Awesome way to communicate with my doctor's ASAP for any health issues I may have.
Doctor app, helpful
Very good app that keeps me in close contact with my PCP.. I like it very much!!
Crashes any time I have an appointment
Fast/efficient communication with doctor and staff. User friendly.
If you're a medical provider please do not limit patients to submit their patient history via this hale.co app. The main site might appear great and maybe even sharp for providers but limiting patients to inputting pages of Q&A via this interface is horrible. How so? Some examples: 1. The patient text entry field is limited to the screen area not used for displaying the question. 2. Cannot scroll, save as go, review or page back w/o the app closing and losing all info input. Then begin again.
